Culinary
art par excellence. Every evening our chef wins you over
with his gourmet creations: traditional Ladin and South
Tyrolean food competes with fresh Italian specialities and
international delicacies. Candlelight dinners, special
evenings with a fish menu or other specialities, cocktail
parties, wine and cheese tasting and á la carte menus are all
on offer in the dining room while the delightful home-made
pastries are always an feast for
the palate.
The cellar
will surprise any connoisseur with over 300 wines on offer,
all carefully selected by Carlo, the son of the house and a
nationally recognised sommelier.
We also have our small restaurant open for lunch.
