Useful information

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2 pm. We ask that you leave the rooms free by 11 am on your departure day.

DEPOSIT: Bookings are considered final after the payment of Euro 400,00 per room. We ask that you send payment via bank transfer to the following address: Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia-Fil. Colfosco/BZ - IBAN: IT 29 R 08010 58341 000301000799 SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21108.
You may also pay directly per credit card on our website www.hotelcappella.com in "credit card".

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS: If we get a written cancellations of a booking at least 30 days before your arrival, we will certainly send you back the deposit, otherwise it will be kept by the hotel.

DELAYED ARRIVAL, EARLIER DEPARTURE: In case of a delayed arrival or a premature departure, if we are not able to give away the room, we have to charge 80% of the arranged price.

PAYMENT OF THE BILL: Your account can be settled between the hours of 7.30 am and 10 pm.

MEALS NOT TAKEN: Euro 15,00 per person per day will be deducted for meals which are not taken (inform us in the morning).

ROOM SERVICE: Breakfast can be taken in your room. For this service we require Euro 5,00 per person.

VALUABLES: We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of client's valuables. In each room you will find a safe, which can be locked only with the own credit card.

FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS: We accept small animals only; Euro 15,00 per day, food not included; please bring a cover and basket for your dog. We ask you to observe our rule that
4 legged friends are not allowed access to the dining room and the lounge.

DRESS: For dinner, especially for the aperitifs and candle light dinner we have twice a week, we invite our dear guests to appear in the dining room in a decent dress.
