Terms and conditions

Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2 pm. We kindly ask to leave the rooms by 11 am on your departure day.

A booking is guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. We ask to send a deposit via bank transfer to the following address or use the online prepayment:

With the payment of the holding deposit, the general terms and conditions, and in particular, the terms of cancellation are considered to be understood and legally wholly accepted.

Booking Cancellations:
For reservations cancelled up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged. For cancellations from 30 to 11 days prior to arrival, we will keep the deposit as cancellation fee, while 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged for cancellations from 10 days prior to arrival. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged. These conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms will be completely or partially resold again. (In order to avoid cancellation fees, we suggest to take out travel insurance.)

Cancellation insurance:
We recommend to subscribe a cancellation insurance, which covers all expenses in case of cancellation of the reservation before the vacation period. The insurance must be signed at the same time as the journey is booked.

Payment of the bill:
Your account can be settled between the hours of 7.30 am and 10 pm. MEALS NOT TAKEN: 15,00 € per person per day will be deducted for meals which are not taken (inform us in the morning).

Payment methods: 
We accept cash, Visa, Euro/MasterCard and traveller´s cheques. 

Room service:
For this service we require 5,00 € per person.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of clients’ valuables. In each room you will find a safe, which can be locked only with the own credit card.

Spa & beauty farm:
For organizational reasons and to ensure maximum efficiency, we kindly ask our guests to advise the spa staff for cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment, after which treatments will be charged to account.

Four legged friends:
We accept small, grown-up animals only (only on demand); Euro 20.00 per day, food not included; please bring a cover and basket for your dog. We ask you to observe our rule that 4-legged friends are not allowed to enter in the dining room and in the lounge. Anyone who is responsible for the care of the animal is also responsible for damages caused from the animal.

For dinner, especially for the aperitives and candle light dinner we have twice a week, we invite our dear guests to appear in the dining room in an appropriate dress.
